When will I receive my first box?
We ship all our boxes around the 20th of the month. Please allow 3-5 working days for your whiskies to reach you.
Where do you ship?
We are currently only able to ship orders within the UK.
My box hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?
We ship all our boxes around the 20th of the month. If your box still hasn’t arrived within 3-5 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have up to 30 days after receiving an item to request a refund. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, with the box unopened and outer seal intact. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange the return. Items returned to us without a request will not be refunded.
Once we've received and inspected the return we will notify you whether a refund has been approved. Refunds will be made to the account associated with your original payment method.
In the unlikely event that your bottles arrive damaged or are defective, please let us know immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help fix the problem.
If you’ve signed up to a rolling subscription you may cancel at any time. Simply head to ourwhisky.com/account/login and let us know you wish to cancel. We’ll be sad to see you leave, so please let us know first if there’s anything we can do to change your mind by contacting us at email@example.com.
Pre-paid annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time so your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the term. We’re unable to issue refunds on remaining boxes, but you will still receive each month’s whiskies. If you would like to change the address these are delivered to, please update your shipping address in My Account. Please note, this needs to be done before the end of the preceding month to take effect.
Gifted subscriptions will automatically cease at the end of the term, so there is no need to cancel. We’re unable to issue refunds on remaining boxes, but you will still receive each month’s whiskies.
